1.1. By downloading, installing, or using the [APPLICATION NAME] mobile application (the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy (linked in the App). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. License and Scope of Use
2.1. Grant of License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, limited, non‑exclusive, and non‑transferable license to install and use the App on Apple‑branded devices that you own or control via the Apple App Store.
2.2. Apple EULA. These Terms supplement and do not replace the Apple Licensed Application EULA. In case of conflict, the provision more protective for the consumer under applicable law shall prevail.
2.3. Restrictions. You may not: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except as permitted by law; (ii) circumvent, remove, or alter security or technical protection measures; (iii) use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe third‑party rights; (iv) rent, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App or your rights hereunder without our written consent.
3. Account and Verification
3.1. Account. Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.2. Sign in with Apple. If third‑party logins (e.g., Google, Facebook) are offered, Sign in with Apple is also supported. You may hide your email via Apple’s relay service and revoke access in your Apple ID settings.
3.3. Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.
3.4. Account Deletion (In‑App). You can delete your account directly in the App (Settings → Delete Account). Once initiated, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (see the Privacy Policy).
4. iOS Permissions & just‑in‑time explanations
4.1. The App may request access to Location, Camera, Microphone, Photos, Contacts, Calendar, Bluetooth, and similar permissions. We provide just‑in‑time explanations at the moment of each request. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.
4.2. Push Notifications. We send push notifications only with your consent. Promotional/marketing push notifications are sent only with a separate opt‑in and can be disabled in device settings.
5. In‑App Purchases (IAP), Subscriptions, and Trials
5.1. IAP Processing. All digital purchases are processed via Apple In‑App Purchase (IAP). We do not receive your full card details.
5.2. Subscriptions. If offered, subscriptions may auto‑renew until cancelled. Pricing, billing cycle, and auto‑renew details are disclosed prior to purchase.
5.3. Manage/Cancel. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing period; partial refunds for the current period are not provided unless required by law.
5.4. Trials/Intro Offers. Where available, terms (duration, conversion to paid, first charge date) are shown prior to confirmation. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
5.5. Taxes/Currency. Prices display in your App Store region’s currency; taxes may be included as required by local law.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refund requests for IAP are handled by Apple under App Store policy. We may assist with your request, but Apple makes the final determination. Refunds may be granted where required by law or Apple policy.
7. External Payments and Links
7.1. Unless expressly permitted by Apple, digital content/features are paid exclusively via IAP. We do not engage in prohibited steering (encouraging payments outside the App Store) contrary to Apple’s rules.
7.2. External web links may appear for informational purposes; your use of third‑party sites is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
8. Advertising, Attribution, and Tracking (ATT)
8.1. If advertising or attribution is implemented, the Apple IDFA and other tracking data are used only after your explicit App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent. If you decline, no tracking is performed.

8.3. A list of ad networks/analytics SDKs is provided in the Privacy Policy and/or Appendix D to these Terms.
9. User‑Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation (if applicable)
9.1. You are responsible for content you post. Illegal, discriminatory, abusive, pornographic, fraudulent, or IP‑infringing content is prohibited.
9.2. We may moderate, remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or the law. In‑App reporting mechanisms are available.
9.3. IP Violations. We respond to IP complaints (e.g., copyright/trademark). Repeated infringement may lead to termination.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. The App, its design, code, texts, graphics, logos, and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10.2. You obtain a license to use the App as described in Section 2 and acquire no ownership rights in the App or its content.
11. Prohibited Activities
11.1. Without limitation: spoofing identifiers, creating fake accounts, unauthorized automated access, attempting to bypass paid features, harming the security/integrity of services, harvesting personal data of others without proper rights.
12. Suspension/Termination and Deletion
12.1. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law, or to prevent security risks. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
12.2. Termination does not affect your non‑waivable consumer rights to refunds where required by law or App Store policy.
13. Disclaimers
13.1. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement. Where such disclaimers are restricted, mandatory consumer rights apply.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or reputation, except where prohibited by law. Nothing limits liability where such limitation is unlawful.

16. Apple as Third‑Party Beneficiary
